Your safety is a priority
and our collective responsibility
UPDATED 3/31/22: Effective immediately, Waterbrook will not require masking. We do require that you stay home if you are ill or have been exposed to COVID 19 and follow the CDC guidance about reducing risk of spreading the virus to others. Read the CDC Guidance here.
The social distance requirements and required use of Sign Up Genius will continue. The secondary sign in notebook at the studio entrance is no longer needed.
We will proceed with a mask optional policy. At this time, members should follow current guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) which uses COVID-19 Community Levels to help decide what prevention steps to take, such as wearing a mask, based on the latest data.
You can determine the current COVID-19 Community Levels at the CDC web site here. Go to the section of the CDC web site called “COVID-19 County Check”, select New York and either Albany county or the county where you live and click on go. The current community level will be shown. The CDC recommendation is to wear a mask when COVID-19 community levels are high. People may choose to wear a mask at any time and members should respect a person’s choice.
Lastly, do not allow this issue to divide our community. Many will continue masking to prevent exposure based on health of self or family. Please be respectful of each other.
We will revise the signage within the week.
Thank you for your attention to this. We will revise this policy as the community and health experts guide us.
